Description: A 9 day stage race around the Annapurna circuit in Nepal, climbing from 800m to 5416m and dropping back to 800m all on mountain trails. 200km over 8 days with 7000m+ of climbing to test the strength, endurance and mental stamina of trail runners and mountain bikers from around the world. Initially devised as a race to settle the argument of which discipline was fastest over a varied mountainous terrain, this epic adventure turned out to be more of a personal challenge than a race to all but the most elite of athletes.
